Dandeland started the way the best stores do — out of a personal obsession that outgrew the living room. What began as a deep passion for comics, action figures, and cartridges from the golden age of gaming became a full-blown store in the heart of Houston, right off the Katy Freeway.

We built the store we always wished existed: one where the inventory runs deep and never stops changing, where the staff actually knows what they're talking about, and where you can walk in on any given day and walk out with something you didn't expect to find.

"Every comic in this store has been touched by someone who cared about it. We want to find it a new home with someone who'll care just as much."

We stock thousands of back issues spanning the Golden Age to today, hundreds of collectibles, and thousands of retro games and consoles. New stock arrives constantly. We buy, sell, and trade — and we give fair deals every time. That's how we've built the relationships that keep people coming back.
